The starting point. We map the process, calculate its annual cost and tell you what needs doing, and what doesn't.
- If it finds no room for improvement, we refund it in full.

From 4 weeks
Project
A fixed price for every release. A first working version from 4 weeks, then further releases that grow the software without rewriting it.
- Every change assessed first: we tell you the cost and timing, you approve, then we start.
- Monthly progress reviews with your contact person.
After release
Continuity
After release, you choose how closely we look after you.
- Maintenance
- Monitoring, security and updates. Guaranteed response times, a six-monthly review with the numbers.
- Evolution
- Everything in Maintenance, plus reserved capacity for new features and faster response times.
- IT Partner
- Everything in Evolution, plus an architecture and roadmap lead, double capacity and a quarterly review.

The questions we get asked, with honest answers.
“You're a small team. What if you disappear?”
The code and documentation are yours: any supplier could carry on the work. We fix every bug within 24 months free of charge. And you talk to the people who build, not to an account manager.
“We already have an ERP.”
We don't replace it: we build on top of it and connect to your ERP, CRM and warehouse. The better question is where your system still forces you back to Excel.
“Now isn't the right time.”
How much does staying as you are cost you each month? The calculator tells you in a few minutes. If the time isn't right, the Diagnosis alone gives you the numbers to decide later.
“It costs too much.”
Compared to what? In the Diagnosis we calculate what the process costs you each year, and the project price is read against that number. If needed, we start with the first working version only.
“We don't want to digitise everything.”
Neither do we, unless it's needed. We simplify the process first. Sometimes the answer is to build no software at all, and the Diagnosis tells you so.
